A good idea or not? When some of my friends have talked about doing this (and at least one actually has), I couldn’t help wondering if they were leaping too soon. All you have to do is read all the hype going on to know that this phenomenon is taking off more quickly than many of us anticipated. Great point. I think it is something that you can do instantly but to be successful it takes a lot of work & research. THanks for the link!
I spoke to a reputable agent about self publishing and her response was that times are changing and agents/publishers no longer frown upon signing those that have self published…but once you DO, you really have to make it your full time job to promote it.
